Blast Freezer Air Cooler (complete with fan & motor)

This model of air cooler offers a high static pressure fan with variable pitch fin spacing to accommodate high moisture applications.

Base Mounted Horizontal Flow Evaporator Coil

a) Complete with Fan & Motor
This model of air cooler is supplied with a separate fan and fan housing. The air cooler uses existing walls and ceilings to provide the conduit for the air between the fan and coil.
 
b) Complete with Top Mounted Fan Section and Return Air Plenum
This model of air cooler includes an installed fan section and return air plenum. The fan section is installed above the coil while the air plenum connects the fan section to the coil to allow for the efficient flow of air between them. This air cooler is used mainly for blast and spiral freezer applications.
 
c) Complete with Bottom Mounted Fan Section and Return Air Plenum
This model of air cooler includes an installed fan section and return air plenum. The fan section is installed below the coil while the air plenum connects the fan section to the coil to allow for the efficient flow of air between them. This air cooler is used mainly for blast and spiral freezer applications.
 
Penthouse Air Coolers ( 90 degree Air Discharge Air Coolers)
The penthouse air coolers are designed to be mounted on the roof. They are housed in an insulated enclosure, which is provided by the installation contractor.
The penthouse air coolers are used for both blast freezers and cold storage facilities. We also offer a 45 degree Air Discharge Air Cooler as an alternate.
  
Dual Discharge Air Cooler
Air is drawn upward through the fan and pushed out horizontally through two coils located at opposite ends of the air cooler.
This air cooler is used where a low profile and low velocity is required. Generally, dual discharge air coolers are used for storage areas and populated work areas. Applications include carcass chilling and blast freezers.

  
“Between the Rail” Air Coolers
The “between the rail” model air cooler offers an alternative to the dual discharge air cooler. While the dual discharge has a low profile and is wider, the “between the rails” air cooler is taller and narrower. The “between the rail” model is also more economical than the dual discharge.
This air cooler is used in populated work areas where low air movement is required. Applications include carcass chilling and cold storage.

 
Multistack Blast Freezer Coils
The multi-stack blast freezer coils are provided for large freezing capacities.
